Job description Jessie Trice Community Health System is seek a LCSW or LMHC to work in an integrated care setting to provide behavioral services to adults and families; conduct brief interventions; participate in providers and treatment team meetings; complete assessments with accurate DSM 5 diagnoses and develop multi-disciplinary treatment plans. DETAILS OF EDUCATION AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED : Master’s degree in any of the following area, Mental Health, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy form an accredited learning institution. Current and clear Florida License. Related experience should include integrated care experience with a primary care population. Demonstrated flexibility in the use of treatment modalities including individual, family, and or group treatment. Special Requirement : Current BLS (from the American Heart Association) Current First Aid Job Type : Full-time
