Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at Stanford Health Care. This role will focus on evaluating pediatric patients upon arrival at the Emergency Department (ED), conducting medical screening exams, and providing appropriate care for lower acuity cases. The NP or PA will manage these patients independently, performing procedures, placing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up until patient disposition. For higher acuity cases, the clinician will work under the direct oversight of an attending physician. This position offers the opportunity for hands-on clinical experience with a wide variety of pediatric cases, ranging from minor injuries to more complex conditions.

Compensation
Base Pay Scale : Generally starting at $89.01 - $117.94 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
