Through the Acadomi, starting January 2026, we are growing our organization and providing hands-on training, mentorships and growth opportunities within our company. Recent Graduate candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry from best recruiting practices to account management. Responsibilities :

• Participate in an informative 3-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
• Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
• Gain experience cold calling, interacting and prospecting new business
• Gain a foundation for Optomis recruiting and sales process to eventually move into a Technical Recruiter role
