Job descriptionIllinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement Bilingual (BSPA) endorsement or ELS (TBE) with TLP Spanish Fluency in spoken and written Spanish Experience developing and implementing IEPs Familiarity with WIDA standards and Common Core Proficiency with Google Classroom and related instructional technology Ability to differentiate instruction and analyze student data Deliver Spanish-language instruction aligned with IEP goals and academic standards Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Adapt curriculum and use differentiated strategies to support diverse learning needs Conduct assessments and use data to guide instruction Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment Collaborate with families, general educators, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention and support planning
Job description :
