Location : Silicon Valley (Bay Area, CA) | Hybrid / On-Site

Compensation : $150K–$250K+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and revenue growth.
  • Market APEX Homes’ ADUs through presentations, meetings, and digital outreach.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Manage high-value transactions, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Convert inbound and warm leads into signed agreements, collaborating closely with the in-house architecture and project management teams.
  • Conduct client site visits, walk-throughs, and consultations to guide prospects through the ADU process.
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients.
  • Experience and Qualifications :

    Required :

  • 2–5 years of experience in any of the following fields :
  • Construction Sales
  • Residential Homebuilding Sales
  • Real Estate or Property Development Sales
  • Architecture or Design Firm Client Relations
  • Custom Home Sales
  • ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Sales
  • Remodeling Project Sales
  • Architectural or Engineering Firm Sales
  • Strong understanding of construction processes , including floor plans , materials , and construction timelines .
  • Proven ability to close deals in high-value, multi-step transactions.
  • Experience with client relationship management throughout long and complex project timelines.
  • Basic technical familiarity with CAD drawings , specifications , and scope documents .
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Buildertrend, etc.).
  • Negotiation skills : Especially when dealing with contracts, change orders, and project scope.
  • Problem-solving : Ability to assist clients in navigating build / design challenges and adjustments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Bonus Qualifications :

  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) through NAHB (National Association of Home Builders).
  • Construction Management Certificate .
  • LEED Certification or awareness (especially for green building initiatives).
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient design.
