  • Percentage of Travel? : 10% - 25% will vary dependent upon proximity to CA locations and initiative cycles.
  • Specific Details around travel including locations, frequency, different locations throughout the same day, etc. : Primary locations will be NCAL locations such as San Francisco, Oakland, Pleasanton, and SCAL locations such as Pasadena, San Diego. Typically for multi-day Planning Increments and working / collaboration sessions.
  • Expected Shift : 8 : 00 a.m to 5 : 00 p.m.; Monday - Friday
  • Interview Process : 2 – 3 interviews after agency vetting; minimum 1 group interview with potential for external partner participation.

A senior level individual contributor role with demonstrated experience in leading from where you sit as you collaborate with cross-functional partners on behalf of B2B Marketing teams. Success will be dependent upon ability to blend strong interpersonal, program management, strategic, and consultative skills to influence, lead, and deliver outcomes in a complex matrix organization. Understanding of and experience with revenue lifecycle and operations, mar-tech and sales-tech integrations, lead and lifecycle management along the B2B marketing / sales funnel, and change management shifting from traditional qualification processes to opportunity / buying groups. Success in larger enterprises is beneficial.

Job Summary :

The B2B Marketing Capability and Partner Program Lead is a new role with the National Audience Engagement Solutions team enabling marketing and integrated sales / marketing growth and satisfaction outcomes for our Commercial, Channel Partner, and Broker Partners. You are supporting a key enabling and execution function of the Client Experience (Client) Platform and ongoing evolution of integrated sales / marketing. In this role you :

1. Lead the development of the roadmap for B2B Marketing campaigns, capabilities, and the journeys.

2. Serve as the primary liaison for B2B Marketing fully understanding holistic business needs, support Marketing in adoption of marketing automation tools and other key capabilities.

3. Serve as the primary liaison for Sales Technology partners, ensuring business requirements are met and overseeing, in partnership, the governance and operationalization of Marketo / SalesConnect and related capabilities.

4. Drive key initiatives to establish and streamline processes and best practices essential for supporting the Client platform; not limited to B2B only.

Outcomes are measured by impact to growth, retention, satisfaction and seamlessly orchestrated journeys and experiences that delight. You will be part of the marketing organization collaborating cross functionally across marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure the successful development of an integrated roadmap and execution of campaigns and projects within that roadmap. You are a SME on best practices along revenue lifecycle and operations. From the position where you sit, your expertise will help influence and enable the evolution of audience-based marketing, buying group and opportunity approaches along the multi-year roadmap. You will be enhancing marketing and sales efficiency through dynamic and adaptive processes.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum three (3) years complex program management cross-functional experience..
  • Minimum four (4) years experience managing operational or project budgets
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field and Minimum twelve (10) years experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Additional Requirements :

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Five (5) years experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Two (2) years in health care or another heavily regulated industry (e.g., Banking).
  • Two (2) years experience developing and managing integrated roadmaps that align business priorities with capabilities.
  • Four (4) years experience working across multiple marketing and / or sales disciplines (e.g., digital, direct, brand strategy, acquisition, etc.) or working with an agency.
  • Five (5) years complex program management experience
  • Four (4) years working in product, agile, and / or continuous delivery working models.
  • Three (3) years experience with process and workflow design, engineering, and optimization
  • Strong working knowledge, ideally hands-on experience) using Adobe Marketo Engage and Salesforce which might include implementation, customization, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Ideally, experience with lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing programs, channel best practices.
  • Five (5+) years account-based marketing experience working along the revenue lifecycle and / or within revenue operations in a buying group and opportunity model enabled by robust use of integrated platforms (Marketo / Salesforce) with a mix of B2B, B2C, DemandGen or GTM team
  • Understanding of APIs, ETL processes, native platform sync capabilities (Salesorce / Marketo), workflow and process will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), PowerBi. Adobe Experience Platform, ON24, and other standard marketing and sales technologies.
