What You'll Do :

• Own the Billing Process : Ensure timely, accurate billing for water, sewer, storm water, and waste services.
• Be the System Pro : Manage and troubleshoot the utility billing system, review meter data, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Our Customers : Answer questions, explain billing and regulations, and handle sensitive issues with care.
• Keep the Books in Order : Enter invoices, run reports, and maintain clean, accurate financial records.
• Lead Collections : Set up payment plans, send notices, and manage delinquent accounts with professionalism.
• Coordinate Operations : Schedule service appointments, create work orders, and issue permits to contractors.
