C3 AI is hiring a Technical Curriculum Developer to join our Training team. In this role, you will design and develop technical learning experiences that help developers, solution architects, and data scientists build advanced AI applications using the C3 Agentic AI Platform. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create hands?on, practical content that makes complex concepts clear and actionable. This is not just about building coursesits about creating engaging learning experiences that accelerate adoption and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging, real?world learning experienceslabs, projects, and interactive exercises that teach practical skills to our customer developers, architects, and data scientists, aligned with product capabilities and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain technical content (courses, videos, code packages) optimized for virtual and in?person delivery.
• Collaborate cross?functionally with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure training reflects the latest platform features.
• Innovate in instructional design, apply cognitive principles and leverage content and video creation tools (Lucid, Camtasia) to enhance learner engagement.
• Measure impact by collecting customer feedback and iterating on content to improve effectiveness.
• Develop training code and applications for AI?driven industry solutions.

California Base Pay Range $102,000$140,000 USD
