Desktop Support Lead

Job Title : Sr Desktop Support Analyst - Supervisor

Location : On site, 5 days a week, there is no flexibility around this

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000 - depends on experience and leadership

Duration : 6-month contract to hire, this will convert when the 6 months hits - if not sooner.

Must Haves :

• Experience supporting windows workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software related issues
• Experience in a leadership position – mentoring and developing talent through direct supervision of employees - manager or supervisor over a team
• Experience providing direct technical support to customers (internal or external, remote or in-person)

This person will have the opportunity to support customers in the industrial / manufacturing industry with supervising and contributing to the delivery of reliable IT projects and services in relation to endpoints, conference rooms, data centers, and end-user / deskside support. This is a player / coach type role and is a contract to hire.
