Job descriptionLead on-site construction activities for ground-up projects across multiple sectors. Manage daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, schedules, and inspections. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain clear and consistent communication with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers. Oversee quality control, problem-solving, and timely project delivery. Conduct site meetings, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain accurate project documentation. 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven track record overseeing ground-up commercial, retail, education, restaurant, or multi-family projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and project plans. OSHA certification preferred. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.
