Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description : This travel nursing position is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit. The unit has 345 beds and has received three-time Magnet designation. There is a staff float pool of approximately 80. The team consists of Day Shift RNs and CNAs on most units, and Night Shift RNs and CNAs on most units. Patient ratios are 1 : 5 for days and nights, which may vary between units. There is a variety of medical equipment utilized, and the EMR system is Meditech. Ideal candidates should demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float among units. Teamwork and compassion are essential qualities we seek in candidates. This role offers a valuable learning opportunity to care for patients with diverse medical conditions, both acute and chronic. Candidates with Chemo Certification will be considered favorably for scheduling on oncology units.
