• Compensation : $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 plus negotiable sign-on bonus stating at $20,000. Additional incentives include $25 per visit after 21 patients seen

• Additional Info : Bay Area Community Health seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care across its mobile health units in San Jose, CA, including : - Mobile Van II School-Based- Mobile Van I Senior- Mobile Van IV Healthcare Express- Mobile Van VI Clinic- Mobile Van VII Vision CHOP- Mobile Van VIII ClinicThis outpatient role includes exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, minor procedures, and referrals. Physicians supervise mid-level providers, support smooth clinical operations, and deliver patient-centered care in a diverse, multilingual community.Required : - CA Medical License- Board Certified / Eligible (Family Medicine)- DEA & BLS (AHA) certification- Accredited residency completionPreferred : - 1+ year of experience- Community / public health background- Spanish or Mandarin fluency- Evening / weekend availability may be required.
