Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative recovery from craniotomies and spine surgeries.Care for stroke patients as part of a comprehensive program.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases.What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate top-notch, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes.Support positive experiences for patients throughout their care journey.Why Join Us?

Current RN license and BLS certification required.Completion of an accredited nursing program.1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical decision-making skills.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
