About the Role :

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join its Technology Engineering team. This is a strategic role focused on enterprise identity management, Microsoft 365 optimization, and cloud integration. You will design and implement secure, scalable identity solutions that enable seamless access across a complex enterprise environment while ensuring compliance, interoperability, and security.

This position is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in large‑scale environments, understands the nuances of financial industry regulations, and can architect solutions that balance innovation with risk management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Solution Architect, you will work on :

Identity & Access Management Architecture

• Design and implement vendor‑neutral IAM architectures that integrate with multiple enterprise systems.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for identity services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Establish standards and best practices for identity management across heterogeneous environments.
• Drive architecture strategies for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions.
• Optimize licensing models and implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising security or functionality.
• Ensure seamless integration between cloud infrastructure services, virtual desktop environments, and identity platforms.
