Summary

This is a seasonal position hired through December 21, 2025.  Passers must have previous food service experience within a similar role and have a hands on approach, be  an excellent communicator, ensure customers are served promptly & courteously, and comply with hygiene  and safety regulations.

Essential Functions

• Provide superior customer service to our guests. Assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions
• Serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and  ensuring guests requests or issues are handled promptly and courteously
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
