Your Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with one of our largest clients to optimize their learning practices. Using your knowledge and experience, you will support their learning transformation efforts, leveraging access to talented leaders, formal learning programs, and practical experiences to ensure success.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Support clients in their learning transformation journey.
  • Analyze learning needs and redesign processes to align with objectives and improve resource efficiency.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Certificates in ACTA / ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 are preferred.
  • Experience in learning process redesign, learning science, curriculum design, or learning analytics is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Passion for fostering a positive learning culture, coaching, and developing team members and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
