Personal Injury Attorneys – Multiple Locations in NJ

Locations : Trenton, Freehold, Edison, and Plainfield, NJ

Are you a results-driven Personal Injury Attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Our client established and growing law firm, is seeking experienced attorneys to join their team across multiple New Jersey offices.

We are looking for skilled litigators with a strong background in Personal Injury law to manage a high-volume caseload and supervise legal support staff. You will play a key role in advocating for clients across a range of complex injury cases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a docket of 150+ active personal injury cases
  • Represent clients in cases involving :

Auto Accidents

  • Medical Malpractice
  • Premises Liability
  • Product Liability
  • Sexual Assault
  • Trucking Accidents
  • Construction Injuries
  • Complex PI Litigation
  • Supervise and mentor two paralegals
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop litigation strategies and ensure optimal outcomes

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey
  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads independently
  • Strong deposition and courtroom experience preferred
  • Leadership ability and experience supervising support staff
