About The Position

An exciting Neonatology locum assignment is now open in beautiful Denver, Colorado ! Work in a respected NICU environment providing high-quality care to newborns while enjoying flexible scheduling options and strong clinical support.

🏥 About the Position

Seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for ongoing coverage needs, offering both 24-hour and 12-hour in-house shift options.

Shift Options :

🕐 24-Hour In-House NICU Shift

🕒 12-Hour NBN / Delivery Role (7a–7p)

Attend all high-risk deliveries

Round on well newborns

Assist Level III NICU as needed

Provide 2–4 hours of downtime coverage to the 24-hour NNP

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage Level II & III NICU patients

Attend high-risk deliveries

Collaborate closely with neonatologists and NICU teams

Provide comprehensive newborn care and stabilization

Support delivery room and NICU operations

🔒 MANDATED Requirements – Must Be Submitted at Name Clear

• Board Certified – Not accepting BE
• Active CO or Compact License
• Clinically active within the past 12 months
• Minimum 6 months experience in Neonatology
• Completed Prescreen Questionnaire
• CV in MM / YYYY format, with gaps explained
• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Master’s degree or higher
• Clean malpractice & background
• Must hold current, unrestricted privileges at a TJC-accredited facility
