Position Summary

Provide in-house expertise for Plumbing, HVAC, and Control Systems.

Maintain design standards, improve energy efficiency, develop commissioning programs, and support Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, and Operations teams across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HVAC and plumbing design standards.

Coordinate with design consultants for consistent system designs.

Review construction documents for quality and standard compliance.

Oversee commissioning standards and third-party consultants.

Evaluate existing systems and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with Architecture, Construction, and Operations on integrated solutions and improvements.

Develop and analyze energy models to recommend savings strategies.

Support construction administration and field investigations.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Design.

7-10 years' experience in mechanical system design.

Knowledge of commissioning, energy standards, and industry codes.

Ability to perform site investigations and communicate across disciplines.

Preferred :

Project management and construction admin experience.

Familiarity with REVIT MEP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and load calculation software (e.g., Trane TRACE 700).
