Job Details :

Pay : $ 2480 per week

Therapist - Travel - PT, OT, SLP

Position Open : 3

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 730 to 4 approximately, M-F with weekend rotation (primarily Saturdays)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours weekly

Discipline : PT, OT, Speech

Number of positions needed : 1 of each

Facility Setting? ARU

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Potentially to med surg and outpatient as staff share with the hospital if needed

Number of beds in your facility? 10 bed ARU

Preferred experience level? Inpatient rehab preferred but not absolutely required

Scrub colors / dress code : business casual

Parking Location : main hospital

What is the work schedule for this position? 730 to 4 approximately, M-F with weekend rotation (primarily Saturdays)

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted AZ License

BLS certification - required

Must have at least 1 year of experience

Pediatric experience preferred

Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
