Senior Tax Manager

Responsibilities

Our Kforce client, located in the Saint Louis, (MO) area is seeking to hire a Senior Tax Manager to join their growing Corporate Tax team. As the Senior Tax Manager, you will oversee tax provision processes for a public company, manage compliance for federal, state, etc. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant exposure to senior management. The client offers salary, bonus and equity and great benefits, 1 / 2 day Fridays, 401k match, company gym, no dress code, phone and internet reimbursement. This role works a hybrid schedule!Duties :

• Lead the worldwide tax provision process, including US GAAP audit coordination
• Manage federal, state, and foreign tax compliance
• Develop and maintain tax SOPs, process flow charts, and internal controls
• Evaluate and implement process improvements and automation in tax operations
• Oversee specialized tax analyses
• Maintain fixed assets for tax purposes
• Forecast cash tax and tax expense; Provide strategic input on tax planning and research

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
