• 0.10 Additional CPM after 2350 miles per week
• All Miles Paid While Under Dispatch.
• Mileage Paid on Practical Miles.
• 15.00 Drop Pay (Based on Industry Standard – 1st P / U and Last Delivery are Free).
• Detention – $15hr paid after 2 hours and all procedures are followed
• Layover $35.00 per day.
