Description Location : UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center, US : CO : Estes Park Department : EVMC Urgent Care FTE : Part Time, 0.8, 60.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift : Days Pay : $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy. BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
