Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A hospital-based clinical pharmacist position is available in Tulsa, OK, focusing on critical care pharmacy. This full-time, daytime role offers a schedule from 6 : 30 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. with one weekend per month. Key responsibilities include delivering safe, effective, and timely medication therapy in a decentralized clinical setting. The pharmacist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care and ensure prehensive pharmaceutical support. This role entails active participation in all medication-use system aspects and support for both centralized and decentralized medication distribution.

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution.
  • Clinical pharmacy experience within a hospital environment.
  • pletion of PGY-1 residency or fellowship, plus either a PGY-2 specialty residency / fellowship or at least three years of clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of five years of clinical pharmacy experience without residency.
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification or intent to achieve certification within one year.
  • Possession of an active pharmacist license in good standing relevant to the state.
  • Certification in BLS and ALS / ACLS.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
