Your Role :
You provide project management of Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation / automation sites.
You support other highly complex projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from pre-sale through customer go-live process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved).
You lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN / consolidator & multi-site implementation projects.
You coordinate conference calls and / or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Siemens personnel or customers.
You influence without authority, in a matrix environment.
Your Expertise :
BS / BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years' work experience in client facing in healthcare or laboratory Project Management roles.
Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred.
Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
Candidate located within the Western Zone of USA are strongly preferred.
Candidates who are proficient in both English and Spanish are preferred.
Willing to travel up to 25%.
