Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech :

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures

Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and sterile supplies

Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures

Administer contrast media under physician supervision

Document procedures and patient data accurately

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience

Knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, equipment, and protocols

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical staff

Current licensure / certification as required by the state
