The Position :
The Office Manager will be responsible for the financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. S / he will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. S / he will assist with basic Human Resources duties, such as new hire documents, PTO management, temporary disability insurance, and workers’ compensation filings.
