• Full-time
• Schedule : 4 or 4 1 / 2 days, flexible
• 8am to 5pm, can manage own schedule
• Shared call : call is typically one weekday every 5 weeks and one weekend every 20th weekend
• Must be BC / BE
• Employed opportunity
• 15 Physicians (FM and IM) and 20 Nurse Practitioners
• 14-16 Patients per day
• Cerner EMR
• Sign on bonus, educational loan reimbursement, relocation allowance, 2500 in CME, 5 weeks’ vacation first year including CME
