Job Title : NetSuite Sales Functional Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in ERP functional consulting, particularly with NetSuite, and a solid understanding of finance. The role involves analyzing business processes, configuring the NetSuite ERP system to meet business needs, and providing training and support to users to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business processes to identify pain points and gather detailed functional requirements across various modules such as finance, sales, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Assist in standardizing business processes, including Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Call-to-Resolution, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Design-to-Build, Inventory & Planning, Plan-to-Produce, and Financial Management.
• Configure the ERP system based on requirements, customize workflows, set up data fields, and define system parameters.
• Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality, identify bugs, and ensure quality before go-live.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, and implement system updates.
• Manage master data protocols, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end users on ERP functionalities, facilitating change management to support user adoption.
• Coordinate with technical teams for ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.

Work Environment

The position is primarily based at our Cherry Hill location, with four days on-site and one day working from home. You will work closely with a project manager and a diverse team within a rapidly growing multi-billion dollar multinational company. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a NetSuite cleanup project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
