Business Systems Analyst

We're partnered with a publicly traded, enterprise organization to hire a Business Systems Analyst for their IT Project Management Office (PMO). This role offers strong visibility, a growing project pipeline, and a clear path into a future Project Manager position.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements
• Create As-Is and To-Be process documentation
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Partner with IT teams and third-party vendors
• Support testing, UAT, and business validation
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance standards
• Assist with ServiceNow request intake and coordination

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or PMO environments
• Strong documentation and process mapping experience
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow experience
• Prior project management experience
• Vendor coordination experience
