Key Responsibilities :

• Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines business, ensuring all aspects of client servicing are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning : Utilize strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Daily Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by working with them daily to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on insurance products.
• Rate-Making and Underwriting : Demonstrate experience in rate-making and possess a general knowledge of underwriting processes to support client needs effectively.
• Staff Coordination : Manage and collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve daily operational challenges.

Requirements :

Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and the application of policies to meet client needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
