Job Summary :

The Phlebotomist III - Float provides high-quality specimen collection and patient care across multiple locations, representing the face of the organization. This role performs complex phlebotomy procedures , ensures accurate specimen handling, and delivers exceptional customer service. The Float Phlebotomist also serves as a mentor and lead resource to other staff, providing guidance and oversight in multiple clinical settings such as Patient Service Centers, doctor's offices, and long-term care environments .

This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as flexibility to support multiple sites and business functions.
