Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, business succession plans, and tax planning.

2. Prepare and review estate and gift tax returns.

3. Manage the probate and estate administration process.

4. Create and implement effective estate plans for clients.

5. Work with clients to develop business succession plans.

6. Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure effective tax planning for clients.

7. Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations related to estate planning and tax.

8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

9. Assist clients in understanding and navigating the complexities of estate planning, tax planning, and business succession planning.

10. Provide legal representation for clients in court, if necessary.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admitted to practice law in NY

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and business succession planning.

4. Strong knowledge of gift, estate, and fiduciary tax return preparation.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
