Corporate Strategy Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine strategic plans and drive execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the executive team Conduct research and analysis of strategic markets to identify trends and growth opportunities Lead M&A processes and capital market transactions, including due diligence and integration planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, preferably in the software / tech sector 3+ years of direct people management experience preferred Proven track record in M&A transaction execution, ideally for software / tech companies Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial markets and valuation
