You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner What will you will do in this role : Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement 27142895EXPTEMP Job Requirements Job Requirements : Open to candidates with other RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS) of Acute Care experience but if the nurse has less than 2 years' experience, they need to have a strong background in critical care, ER, ICU, PCU, MICU, etc. If the candidate only has med / surg, psych, or low acuity experience, they will need several years.

• ideal candidate is a two year PCU nurse that's ready to grow in cardiac. If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward. If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License) BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years.
