As a Screener in a healthcare location, you will monitor entrances, conduct security-related screenings, and help to deter incidents by maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service while supporting access control procedures. What You'll Do :

Greet and screen individuals entering the healthcare location, following site-specific policies and procedures.

Provide customer service by addressing questions and / or concerns from visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner.

Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items from entering the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to site protocols.

Document all screening activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Communicate clearly with team members and site staff to support a secure and orderly environment.

Remain alert to potential security-related risks and report any unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
