As an Assembler at Anchor Coupling Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc.) you will perform a variety of repetitive processes using varied machines and / or hand tools to complete the assembly and / or sub-assembly of

component parts to achieve a finished coupling assembly. May be assigned to various hand assembly pressing plating brazing and / or cleaning of component parts. Visually inspect parts as processed. Proceeds on assignments with minimal supervision and / or direction.

Basic Qualifications :

Previous employment or volunteer experience

Top Candidates will also have :

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

Beginner level proficiency of blueprint reading

Previous use of precision measuring equipment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous SAP experience

Intermediate level of computer proficiency

Additional Information :

3rd shift - Sunday-Thursday 11pm -7am

Starting pay rate : $16.75 / hour $1.00 off shift premium

Work location : Goldsboro NC

Summary Pay Range : $16.00 - $18.40
