A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - Remote in CST or EST. Key Responsibilities : Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call Guide and educate customers on health care topics and benefit plan options Assist customers in navigating online resources and connect them with care providers Required Qualifications : High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of customer service or call center experience Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including flexibility for overtime and weekends
