This role reports directly to the Head, Marketing & PR at GoNetZero. You will be a key player in shaping and executing the marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement and adoption of GoNetZero’s solutions in a rapidly-growing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Together with the Head, Marketing & PR, develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives for different workstreams
- Craft region-specific marketing plans to penetrate key target markets
2. Demand Generation :
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute events and webinars showcasing company expertise and solutionsLead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including EDM campaigns, SEM / SEO initiatives, Account-Based Marketing campaigns, and other performance marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and drive conversionsUnderstand the sales funnel and collaborate with sales and other teams to refine the prospect nurturing process3. Product Marketing :
Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiencesWork with product teams to create compelling sales collateral, product datasheets, case studies, and other marketing materialsSupport product launches by crafting go-to-market strategies that align with business goals.Monitor product uptake, customer behavior and usage performance and provide insights to help refine marketing efforts4. Market Research :
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunitiesProvide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven marketing insights to influence business go-to-market strategies5. Website and CRM Management :
Oversee and manage the company’s website to ensure it is up to date with accurate, relevant content and optimised for performanceManage the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and effective lead nurturing processesTrack, analyze, and report on website and CRM performance metrics to continuously improve lead generation and conversion ratesCollaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget complianceMaintain and manage relationships with key partners and vendors to support marketing efforts effectivelyPreferred Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline5 to 8 years of experience in marketingStrong understanding of sales funnel, experience in lead nurturing and prospect conversion.High proficiency in EnglishGood communicator (written and verbal) that demonstrates keen awareness of messaging nuances and understanding of client motivations and pain pointsProficiency in Business Chinese is a plus, as the role may occasionally involve engaging with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
