Enterprise Architect

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years leading large-scale technology architecture / software engineering.
• 5+ years building or leading enterprise architecture functions.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, B2C, QSR, - must have exposure to multi-unit operations.
• Proven ability to institutionalize EA models in agile, distributed environments.
• Technical depth in both hardware and software; able to design and implement solutions independently.
• Mastery of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with cloud, APIs, microservices, SaaS / ERP integrations.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; Master’s preferred.

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join a fast-growing client in Dallas, TX. This strategic, hands-on leadership role is responsible for building the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function from the ground up. You’ll define the vision, stand up the EA journey, and establish best practices for technology across all internal business areas and consumer facing technology—consumer, operations, and data / reporting.
