People Business Partner (Manager)

Overview

Impossible Foods is seeking a People Business Partner (Manager) to support leaders and employees by aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role is strategic and hands-on, providing full-cycle HR support while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a manufacturing population and a strong foundation in employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

The base pay range for this role is $135,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr. The range provided is subject to the candidate’s skills and experience and may be discussed with the recruiter.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to mid-level and frontline leadership, providing HR guidance on workforce planning, team structure, and performance optimization.
• Partner with managers to identify people-related needs and implement solutions that support a high-performing work environment.
• Support the integration of people practices with operational goals to improve business performance.
