Partners Professional is seeking qualified candidates for an Order Entry / CSR for our Client in Alpharetta GA. This position is being offered as a Temp- to Hire role with daily, onsite hours of 8 : 00-5 : 00PM Monday through Friday. Our Client is seeking candidates that are adept in data entry and processing of orders, customer service in a B2B / office environment (not Call Center retail), and having strong, corresponding computer skills.

Order Entry and CSR responsibilities :

• Data Entry, medium to heavy volume and High degree of accuracy
• Detail orientation and attention is required
• Excellent math skills in business
• Maintaining customer service Outlook inbox- rapid response to inquiries via Outlook
• Relationship building with customer base. Support Sales related activities
• File and maintain order documents
• Support Outside Sales team ensuring customer requirements, orders , inquires are handled appropriately
• Working with product catalogs is an emphasis for selection
