We are seeking two experienced Program Managers to join our Agile teams and drive critical US-based initiatives. These roles will support both strategic and operational programs within a more mature yet still dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Country launch-

Continuous improvement-

Scale some of our operations : not related to country launches or OP5 launches

People are assigned this work- that have a full time

Continuous improvement : it's within the development team within our Order to Cash business - SAP and Salesforce- process owners

Also very international focused

East Coast Based stakeholders are in Europe

It would be great if they have some experience SAP / Salesforce

Key Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate several projects tied to US launches, including cross-functional planning and milestone management. Drive requirements definition and delivery for a specific country launch initiative. Manage deliverables and output stemming from a Kaizen workshop focused on optimizing an enterprise-wide process. Coordinate testing efforts and software release cycles across multiple teams and vendors. Support multiple iOS programs, including : Software updates for the DEXCOMM sensor in the App Store Updates for the Client sensor Program related to Type 2 diabetes initiatives Ensure alignment across 4+ teams within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. Track and report on EPICs, features, and user stories using JIRA and Confluence. Collaborate closely with Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers.

Ideal Candidate Will Have : Proven experience managing programs within Agile / SAFe environments Strong understanding of Scrum methodology, software releases, and enterprise program coordination Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and familiarity with Agile tracking / reporting tools Exceptional communication and organizational skills to drive alignment across teams Experience with or exposure to Insulet programs or medical device launches (preferred) A track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs on time and with high quality
