Windows 10 Field Client Support

This is a refresh / Windows 11 Deployment project for MedStar hospitals. The technician will assist with upgrading, replacing, and configuring PC devices. Additionally, you will support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers. Your duties will include conducting data migration and backups, user account creation, Windows settings configuration for PCs, and managing iOS devices. You will implement automated email archiving and retention policies in Microsoft Exchange.

oBasic experience awith Active Directory

oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office

oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus

oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED

oExperience with LogMeIn

oTicketing System is ServiceNow

oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations

Our requirements for coverage :

• Monday-Friday 6am-10pm (either a 6 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM
• Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Leonardtown, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr.
