Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for nursing services within the organization.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.Current RN licensure in the state of practice.A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse nursing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
