You’ll head up a talented, high‑performing team and work in close partnership with cross‑functional leaders from IT, HR, Finance, and beyond to deliver integrated, future‑ready workplace solutions. Together, you’ll enhance productivity, foster innovation, and support the infrastructure behind Nokia’s cutting‑edge technology.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Drive the global real estate strategy, ensuring alignment with Nokia's corporate goals and operational needs.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of offices, labs, and data centers optimizing asset performance across regions.
• Enable the in‑person collaboration vision.
• Oversee real estate projects, leading new developments and ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Action on real estate transactions and develop strong external partnerships.
• Champion sustainability, safety, and efficiency across all facilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate real estate services with broader corporate operations.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong external partnerships.
• Lead and develop a global team of real estate professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
