Holidays : 2 holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

Training : RNs are trained in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and receive Charge RN cross-training.

Join our Internal Float Pool and make a difference every day as you provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Our goal is to deliver safe, therapeutic care according to established standards, policies, and procedures. Emphasizing patient and family involvement in care planning, you will use evidence-based practices to initiate individualized interventions and evaluate outcomes.

Respond promptly to significant changes in patient condition, deploy appropriate resources, and collaborate with healthcare teammates to coordinate patient-centered care. Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and readiness to learn, tailoring your approach as needed.

Participate in discharge planning through an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care experiences throughout the continuum.

Licenses & Certifications :

Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Ability to provide holistic patient care, adapt to situational changes, proficient computer skills, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
