Join a leading concrete repair contractor as an Assistant Superintendent to manage and oversee restoration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed successfully, from inception to completion, while leading multiple foremen and ensuring job site safety. Responsibilities include managing multiple restoration projects concurrently from start to finish, leading and overseeing a team of foremen, handling RFI, change orders, and submittals, ensuring job site safety and conducting toolbox talks, overseeing the repair of full depth or spalled concrete, expansion joints, and waterproofing tasks, and managing other subcontractors and MEP operations.

Essential skills include 3-10 years of experience in concrete repair and construction management, proficiency in managing multiple job sites, a strong understanding of concrete repair and base scope of work, and experience with RFI, change orders, submittals, Procore, safety protocols, 2-week lookahead plans, and managing quantities and materials. Additional skills and qualifications include a background in construction management and experience as a foreman is a plus.

This position requires working on-site five days a week. The company is a growing firm with projects throughout NJ and NY. This is a contract to hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
