AI Deaf Community  is looking for full-time ASL Interpreters! All positions will be held in throughout the Fort Myers, FL community. Relocation or ability to commute to Collier County is a must.

What We Are Looking For :

Job Title :  ASL Interpreter

Location :  Collier County

Schedule :   Monday-Friday, Some Weekends

Salary :   Negotiated based on certification and experience (between $35-$50 / hr)

Job Type :   Independent Contractor or W2 available

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide interpreting and / or transliterating services for deaf / hard of hearing and hearing consumers
  • Be punctual and a great teammate
  • Adhere to the NAD-RID Professional Code of Conduct
  • Maintain professionalism through appearance, attitude, and demeanor

    • Job Qualifications :

  • Fluent in ASL & English
  • Certification preferred (EIPA or NIC)
  • Must be able to commute to Collier County
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible
