Responsibilities

- Enforce food safety protocols and health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes.
- Manage shift operations including supervising food production, kitchen management, and catering services when applicable.
- Oversee food handling procedures in compliance with safety standards across all food service areas.
- Assist with budgeting responsibilities, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food quality, presentation, and timely delivery during busy periods such as banquets or special events.

Requirements
Experience
Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally within casual dining or quick service environments.Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food industry standards.Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting.Strong background in inventory control, food safety compliance, and cash handling procedures.Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting training sessions, and managing staff performance.Experience with shift management in both casual dining and fine dining contexts is highly desirable.Familiarity with hotel or banquet service operations adds value to your application.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and support staff development initiatives.Knowledge of budgeting principles within a hospitality environment to optimize operational efficiency.
